We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive / Sales Counsellor / Sales Manager t
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Contact potential customers via phone to promote products and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Counselling:
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or treatments.
- Provide detailed information about our skincare solutions.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in tele sales or direct sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
SALARY
- Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month based on performance
